University Lecturer in American Literature
Kasia Boddy joined the Cambridge English Faculty in 2012 after many years teaching at University College London, including for the MA in Film Studies. Her work on film feeds into her broader interest in American cultural history. She has written extensively on boxing films, and has published articles on screwball comedy and Robert Altman's Short Cuts. More generally, her work explores the intersections between American film and other media, including literature and painting.
