Harry Lime returns on the Bridge of Sighs

For Orson Welles’ centenary, on May 6, a film documenting a cinematic experiment that used St John’s famous Bridge of Sighs as its canvas is being released online.

Footage from a unique piece of live film research that transformed the iconic Bridge of Sighs at St John’s College into a cinema screen is being released online.

The Return Of Harry Lime, which revisits the most famous role played by the US actor and director Orson Welles, is being made available to mark the centenary of his birth on May 6.
