Honouring Dr Isabelle McNeill’s legacy, the Faculty of Modern and Medieval Languages and Linguistics and Trinity Hall are establishing a studentship to support a talented MPhil student in Film and Screen Studies.
Dr Isabelle McNeill was a brilliant scholar and inspiring teacher. Her work as supervisor, teacher, and researcher was felt across the Faculty of MMLL, but especially on the MPhil in Film and Screen Studies.
The Isabelle McNeill Studentship in Film and Screen Studies will support a talented MPhil student in 2027–2028 by enabling them to pursue their studies free from financial barriers. With postgraduate funding for arts and humanities in sharp decline, many gifted students are unable to follow their passion. Your support will ensure that Isabelle’s dedication to scholarship and mentorship continues to inspire future generations at Cambridge.
