The Spy who Loved: A Talk with Clare Mulley

Cambridge University Polish Society and Cambridge Polish Studies warmly invite you to a talk by award-winning author Clare Mulley on her biography of Polish wartime spy Krystyna Skarbek. Krystyna Skarbek was a Polish agent of the British Special Operations Executive during the Second World War. As a Pole and a woman, she proved her value against prejudice in the special forces. She was determined to do everything she could to help Poland against the Nazis. Clare Mulley is the author of two biographies, one of which received the Daily Mail Biographer's Club Prize. She received Poland’s National ‘Bene Merito’ Award from the Foreign Minister of Poland for her work on the biography of Krystyna Skarbek.
