This interdisciplinary conference The Future of Polish Studies will take place on July 6 and 7, 2023 in Warsaw and online as a joint initiative of Cambridge Polish Studies and the University of Warsaw.

A two-day conference for postgraduate students, featuring leading experts as discussants, organised by Cambridge postgraduate students Stepan Blinder and Stanisław Banach with the support of Cambridge Polish Studies, Cambridge Ukrainian Studies, the Cambridge Committee for Russian and East European Studies (CamCREES), and the George Macaulay Trevelyan Fund.

The renowned Polish-Lithuanian writer Czeslaw Milosz (1911-2004) would have been 110 years old this year. Today, well over a century after Milosz’s birth, the Centre for Geopolitics asks what his work meant in his own time and what it holds for today.
