PhD student Melina Mandelbaum wins Forum for Modern Languages Studies essay prize

We're proud to announce that PhD Student in the German Section, Melina Mandelbaum, has won the Forum for Modern Language Studies essay prize for her essay titled, "Administering Exclusion: Statelessness, Identity Papers, and Narrative Strategy in B. Traven's Das Totenschiff (1926)". This essay prize is open to academics at all levels, so it is an excellent achievement!
