To commemorate the 25th anniversary of the creation of the Real Colegio Complutense en Harvard, and to acknowledge his contribution towards the consolidation of that institution at Harvard during his many years at that prestigious University, Professor Brad Epps, now Head of the Department of Spanish and Portuguese, Faculty of Modern and  Medieval Languages, University of Cambridge, has been awarded the Medal of Honor of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
