About:
Steven Boldy’s main research interest is modern Spanish American fiction. His publications include the monographs The Novels of Julio Cortázar, The Narrative of Carlos Fuentes, A Companion to Jorge Luis Borges and A Companion to Juan Rulfo (Tamesis, 2016), articles on authors from Jorge Isaacs to Alan Pauls and most recently the edited volume Carlos Fuentes y el Reino Unido (Fondo de Cultura Económica, 2017).
Professor Boldy welcomes inquiries from potential MPhil and PhD students with research interests relevant to his interests.
