We’re pleased to announce the new Language Sciences Impact Fund is now open for applications (deadline Sunday 12 March).
The Impact Fund offers grants of up to £1,000 to University of Cambridge researchers wishing to undertake interdisciplinary impact activities in the language sciences.
Impact activities supported include:
- Meetings or workshops with non-academic partners and stakeholder groups to facilitate knowledge exchange
- Engaging with research users in other ways e.g. going into schools
- Short-term placements/internships of researchers into research user organisations, or of research users into the university
- Public engagement activities
- Skills training
- Pump-priming impact activities
- Other activities which aim to impact on policy, business and third sector practice, resources and/or procedure
