This joint initiative by the British Academy and the Royal Society supports exceptional early-career researchers in their career development. By funding international research placements in the UK, the program fosters global research collaborations and strengthens the UK's research landscape.
Objectives

Eligibility
- Hold a PhD (or be in the final stages of completion).
- Have no more than seven years of postdoctoral experience (excluding career breaks).
- Be based outside the UK and not a UK citizen.
- Demonstrate English proficiency.
- Secure a research proposal agreed upon with a UK host researcher.

The internal Faculty deadline for candidates seeking consideration for MMLL is 12:00 PM BST on Friday, 31 January 2025.
