We are pleased to announce that the MMLL Annual Lecture, French Studies in Cambridge - Past, Present, and Future, will be given by Professor Michael Moriarty.

At a time when the study of modern languages is often perceived to be in crisis, Professor Michael Moriarty, Drapers Professor of French, reflects on the history of French studies in Cambridge, and on prospects for the future. This event marks the centenary of the Drapers Professorship.
