We are proud to announce that Dr Mari Jones, Reader in French Linguistics and Language Change, has just been given the honour of Fellowship by the Learned Society of Wales (LSW).

As noted in their announcement, "Election to Fellowship is a public recognition of academic excellence, and LSW Fellowship is keenly competed. Fellows are elected following a rigorous examination of their achievements in their relevant fields." 

Congratulations to Dr Jones for such an achievement!
