The key dates for students on their Year Abroad in 2022-23 for the YAP are:

| 1 | Submission of initial plans. | Friday 12th May 2022 |
| 2 | Registration of your Year Abroad Project. | Wednesday 14th February 2023 |
| 3 | Latest date by which you must have applied for approval to revise your choice of subject area and/or type of project. | Friday 9th June 2023 |
| 4 | Submission of YAP. | Friday 6th October 2023 (by no later than 4pm) |
