The key dates for students on their Year Abroad in 2024-25 for the YAP are:

| 1 | Submission of initial plans. | Friday 10th May 2024 |
| 2 | Registration of your Year Abroad Project. | Wednesday 12th February 2025 |
| 3 | Latest date by which you must have applied for approval to revise your choice of subject area and/or type of project. | Friday 6th June 2025 |
| 4 | Submission of YAP. | Friday 10th October 2025 (by no later than 4pm) |
