POST-SOCIALIST PRESENTS: CULTURE AND SOCIETY IN RUSSIA, POLAND AND UKRAINE
The Department of Slavonic Studies has organised a series of public events focusing on aspects of contemporary culture and society across Poland, Russia and Ukraine during the academic year 2019-20. Each event will feature two speakers, whose talks will be in dialogue with one another, followed by public discussion. Students, colleagues, and interested members of the public, are all welcome. A wine reception will follow each event. All events will take place on Thursdays at 17.30.
Please do come along to any of the events throughout the year. These talks are given by leading experts from the University of Cambridge and beyond, they are free to attend and open to all. You don't have to be a Cambridge University staff member or student to attend. We hope to see you at one of the Lecture Series events.
