About:
Kayeon’s PhD research focuses on the nature and motivation of domain-initial strengthening effects in Korean, with word-initial denasalisation as a case study. Her MPhil dissertation has investigated the patterns in the development of domain-initial denasalisation in Seoul Korean over a period of 50 years.
